What I do
I help my clients strengthen nutrition habits, movement routines, and daily structure — built around what's actually realistic to maintain.
About The Mindful Nutritionist
I bring together nutrition, movement support, and ingredient-conscious wellness practices to help you build consistent routines that strengthen long-term health.
Company Info
I help my clients strengthen nutrition habits, movement routines, and daily structure — built around what's actually realistic to maintain.
My practice is grounded in experience across physical therapy, nutrition, personal training, and wellness education for clients across many stages of health.
My mission is to help people feel confident in their health decisions by building routines around nutrition, movement, and the kind of daily structure that holds up over time.
Owner Bio
I hold a Master of Physical Therapy degree and have worked across outpatient rehabilitation, personal training, and nutrition — always focused on helping people build habits that support long-term health and daily function.
My clients have included active adults, older adults rebuilding mobility, and people working to establish more consistent nutrition habits — all approached with the same focus on realistic, repeatable progress.
This practice grew out of that experience — a recognition that lasting change comes from building daily structure that holds, not from harder programs or stricter plans. I start with what is actually sustainable, then build from there.
I approach wellness as a long-term lifestyle practice supported by movement, nutrition education, and repeatable routines.
Clients have included individuals across rehabilitation settings, fitness environments, and nutrition programs focused on sustainable habit development.
My goal is to make wellness feel structured and approachable — so you can build routines that strengthen health in a way that actually sticks.
